Results revealed Al7075 reinforced with 6%wt SiC displays high density, hardness, bending strength, elongation. Clustering & non-homogeneous distribution in microstructural tests for aluminium silicon composities.Taguchi's design concept for optimizing design parameters with 3-levels for better quality surface finish was used .Microstructure & Experimental results of machined surface revealed that drilled samples at low feed rate shows better result on surface finish" @default.
