- W2906314767 abstract "Abstract In this work, SrMgP2O7:Ce3+,Dy3+ phosphors are synthesized by one calcination of the precursor prepared by co-precipitation method. Meanwhile, the photoluminescence properties and the energy transfer between Ce3+ and Dy3+ are investigated. The emission bands of this phosphor peaked at 374 nm, 480 nm, 573 nm and 661 nm are originated from 5d→4f transition of Ce3+ and 4F9/2 → 6H15/2, 4F9/2 → 6H13/2, 4F9/2 → 6H11/2 transition of Dy3+, respectively. In addition, the energy transfer phenomenon occurs from Ce3+ to Dy3+ in SrMgP2O7 host due to the quadrupole-quadrupole interaction of resonance transfer and the energy transfer efficiency can reach 77.9%. Finally, the tunable and white luminescence is obtained by changing the Dy3+ concentration and a good thermal stability is found out, which indicates that the Ce3+ and Dy3+ co-doped SrMgP2O7 phosphors can act as a promising candidate for the UV converted WLEDs." @default.
