- W2906457290 abstract "Abstract The interaction of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) with the anionic surfactant sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate (AOT) has been proven. The interacting polymer has been incorporated in the lamellar AOT-water system by a simple mixture and by in situ X-ray polymerisation, where the reaction is followed by the changes in the small angle X-ray scattering diffractograms. The effect of the polymer molecular weight, the composition and the temperature has been analysed and the experimental results have been explained taking into account the equilibrium of different kinds of interactions: polymer-surfactant, polymer-water, polymer-polymer, and bilayer-bilayer." @default.
