• W2906858653 abstract "Background and Aim: Improvement of the professional ethics in teachers has a special importance in educational organizations. Thus, the present study aimed to determine the effect of organizational justice and trust on professional ethics of primary school teachers. Materials and Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was carried out on 192 primary school teachers of the Qaen city in 2017-18 academic years. Cluster sampling method was used to sampling. Data collection was done using of 3 standard inventories including: organizational justice (Murman & Niehoff); professional ethics (C-Petty, 2000); and organizational Trust (Ellonen et al, 2008). SPSS 18 statistical software was used to data analysis. Findings: The organizational Trust with mean of 3.86±0.57 and professional ethics with mean of 4.15±0.61 were higher than average rate, and organizational Justice with mean of 2.71±0.44 was lower than average rate. There was a significant relationship between organizational justice and trust with professional ethics in the teachers (P<0.01). Organizational justice was explained 33% of the variance of professional ethics and 11% of the variance of organizational trust in the teachers. 18% of the variances of professional ethics in the teachers were also explained by the organizational trust. Conclusion: Organizational justice and trust can improve the professional ethics in the teachers. Organizational justice, on the other hand, provides a background for teachers' trust building. Therefore, improving the equity and trust in the educational organizations can improve the professional ethics in the teachers and promote the efficiency of the educational system.
