- W29076586 abstract "外用や紫外線療法などの治療で改善せず，顔面が白斑黒皮症様となった汎発型尋常性白斑の高齢女性3名に，ハイドロキノンモノベンジルエーテル外用による脱色素治療を行った。5％クリームで開始し，1ヵ月毎に濃度を上げた。全例2ヵ月後から淡色化が始まり，約4ヵ月で脱色素が完成した(最終濃度10～15％)。患者の満足度は大きく，このタイプの患者のQOLを考えると，治療効果を得にくい白斑治療を続けるより望ましい方法と思えた。本剤は半世紀前に我が国で化粧品に配合され，白斑黒皮症例が生じて使用が禁止された経緯がある。そのためか，本治療は有名であるにもかかわらず，邦文での症例報告や総説がほとんどない。自験例を通じて，治療の具体案を例示するとともに，その歴史や副作用に関しても記述した。" @default.
