This research paid to check the effective management factors on Employment good Agricultural practices (GAP) in the two Area of Arjaq and Qassaba. The data of this research were collected in a agricultural year 1395-1396 by the descriptive- Scrolling research method. The statistical population of the research is gardeners in the Arjaq and Ghassabeh areas of Meshginshahr. The sample size was calculated using cluster sampling and Cochran formula and 124 gardener were determined. In this research, the social, economic, structural and technical characteristics of operation units in two regions and two research groups were investigated. for identifying the components of the two groups of weak GAP gardens (61 Garden Unit) and the strong GAP (63 Garden Unit) using the agricultural operation indices, logistic regression and diagnostic analysis were used. The results showed that in two research areas, the variables of experience and participation in promotion classes, income, net profit, yield, production costs, water supply source, spraying and fertilization rates, harvesting time and garden area were distinct factors Have been. Also, the strong and weak GAP groups of variables of experience, membership in rural associations, net profit, irrigation method and type of poison used were distinct factors. Logistic regression results showed that among the four independent variables in the study areas and groups, only three independent variables were obtained from meaningful research. In the research areas, the variables of planning, organization and control were significant and significant at 1% significance level. In the research groups, the variables of planning, guidance and control were positive and significant at 1% significance level. These variables are able to make a meaningful distinction between two groups of horticulturalists who use good agricultural indicators. Finally, the variable of planning were the most important independent variable that influenced the application of good agricultural indicators by gardeners. Generally gardenerists in the village of Gassaba have earned more profit and profit by applying good agricultural indicators.
