This paper presents Business-Driven Management as a Service Plus (BDMaaS+), that significantly evolves our previous work to consider the business-driven evaluation of IT services in hybrid Cloud environment, advanced IT service models that complex multi-tier workflows, and realistic network models. The experimental evaluation of BDMaaS+ to optimize a realistic large-scale IT service demonstrates that our tool is capable of finding a more convenient configuration that significantly reduce the total daily costs while granting at the same time agreed service levels." @default.
