Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi ISO 9001 pada industri manufaktur yang. Terdapat 8 kategori faktor yang dikembangkan dari jurnal dan sumber literatur lainnya. Indikator tersebut digolongkan berdasarkan persamaan yang terdapat dari beberapa faktor yang diidentifikasi antara lain : Motivasi Perusahaan, Komitmen Perusahaan, Peranan Personal, Komunikasi Efektif, Interpretasi Persyaratan, Strategi Perusahaan, Perbaikan Berkelanjutan dan Lingkungan Eksternal Perusahaan. Hasil dari pembobotan menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan, didapatkan nilai pembobotan masing-masing faktor secara berurutan masing-masing yaitu 0.165; 0.215; 0.049; 0.058; 0.131; 0.164; 0.132; dan 0.086. Berdasarkan perangkingan setiap faktor didapatkan bahwa faktor Komitmen Perusahaan yang paling tinggi nilai bobotnya dan faktor Peranan Personel yang paling rendah. Implementation of ISO 9001 in particular the latest version 2015 is required by the manufacturing industry because ISO is able to be a guarantee of confidence in the quality of products and also considered to be one factor of increased productivity, and increased process efficiency and cost with a risk-based approach thinking expected to further make the company become more proactive in preventing and reducing the unwanted effect and constantly improve the system. Success in implementing the ISO 9001: 2015 in the Manufacturing Industry itself is inseparable from many factors supporting or inhibiting influence. This study aims to identify the factors that affect the successful implementation of ISO 9001 in manufacturing industries. There are eight categories of factors that developed from journals and other literature sources. The indicators are classified based on the equation that there are several factors that were identified include: Company’s Motivation, Corporate Commitment, Role of Personal, Effective Communication, Interpretation of Terms, Corporate Strategy, Continuous improvement and Company’s External Environment. Results of weighting using pairwise comparison obtain a score weighting of each factor in a sequence those are  0.165; 0.215; 0.049; 0.058; 0.131; 0.164; 0.132; and 0.086.
