- W2910050359 abstract "Herein, we report an efficient and scalable mechanochemical method for the synthesis of methylammonium lead iodide (CH3NH3PbI3) perovskites. XRD confirms the tetragonal phase of synthesized powders with (1 1 0) as high intensity at 2θ = 14.2° which is in accordance with the reported values. The vibrational mode of methylammonium (CH3-NH3+ – rocking) is located in the IR frequency region between 900 and 910 cm−1. The chemical states determined by XPS analysis indicate the presence of Pb in divalent state in addition to C, N and I. The TGA/DSC analysis demonstrates the high thermal stability (350–390 °C) of mechanochemically synthesized perovskites as compared to solvent-mediated synthesis. In addition, XRD analysis of perovskite annealed at 100–400 °C also described the thermal stability." @default.
