- W2910246972 abstract "The Design of transformer type heater element with space magnetic system and secondary winding that is used as hermetic enclosure was suggested. Due to a high level of electrical safety and reliability this type of heating element is considered as promising at using in a heat supply system which are remote from centralized heat sources. The electromagnetic calculation procedure that take into account the features of construction and operating mode of analyzing device was made to find a new way for the heater element improvement. A necessary power of the heater element is provided by electronic resistance of secondary heat releasing winding. An irregular arrangement of current density in a secondary winding element influences the aforesaid resistance. The main disadvantages of suggested heater element are a large mass and high cost of it. It was discovered that an active materials mass and cost is depending highly on the factors like number of primary winding turns, geometric coefficient (the ratio of average primary winding length to its height) and supply main frequency. Furthermore, estimated thickness of a winding plate and a specific density of thermal flow limit a selection area of said factors. To detect an influence of the factors on the active materials coast of analyzed heater element the experiment planning method was used. Through a second order orthogonal design the dependence of the active material costs to the number of primary winding turns, geometric coefficient and supply main frequency. During the project the search for the minimal cost heater element was made considering limited winding thickness and specific density of thermal flow was made.
