Az elmeleti reszben roviden ismertetem a kulonboző hazai es nemzetkozi fogalmakat, a vezetes celjait, valamint a kulonboző vezetői stilusokat es elmeleteket. A sajat kutatasi reszben kerdőives felmeres segitsegevel elemzem nehany kivalasztott kis- es kozepvallalkozas vezetőjenek stilusat. ---------- Leadership styles are the principles that underline the methods, abilities and techniques managers use in handling situations and expressing leadership within an organisation. Managers deal with their employees in different ways. Some are strict with their staff and like to be in complete control, whilst others are more relaxed and allow workers the freedom to run their own working lives. Depending on business circumstances, a manager might need to employ more than one leadership style in a more or less formal way to achieve the highest degree of effectiveness. A variety of leadership style types exist, such as autocratic, paternalistic, laissez-faire, democratic, participatory, supervisory etc. The purpose of this study is to find out how the leadership style effects on functioning of the organization. In the theory part of my paper I describe the various domestic and international concepts of leadership, its goals, the different leading styles and theories. In the practice part of my paper I analysed the leading style of some selected small and medium-sized enterprises with the help of questionnaires." @default.
