- W2912351208 abstract "This qualitative research paper presents the main results between the professional performance of the teacher and the level of achievement of the skill to conduct intervention projects. The control group and the pilot group are compared in order to obtain the findings for the achievement of the skill to conduct intervention projects. The sample included all the students and teachers of both study groups. The students are currently studying the Bachelor’s degree in Education of a university in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara. The techniques used were group discussion, in-depth interview and participant observation. The data obtained allowed us to draw some conclusions about the importance of having a program oriented towards mastering skills in each subject. We concluded that achieving proficiency in a skill requires training future teachers under a new educational model that propitiates conducting research on their own educational practices." @default.
