- W2912395590 abstract "Detecting the components in a vessel has been a crucial study in the field of industry, and Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) has been developed to solve this issue in a fast and non-invasive way. As the components move, the conductivity varies rapidly, and the background conductivity should be adjusted to adapt to this change. Now that the real-time measurements, the shape of the boundary and the electrode distribution are available, voltages of a basic reference field (uniform field) can be calculated, and the reference field can be estimated based on the real-time measurements. A fast estimation method based on two criteria is proposed. A set of simulations were made to test the effectiveness of the adjusted reference measurements. For models under various background and object conductivity, the voltages of the reference field were estimated based on a basic reference field, and the conductivity distribution of each model was reconstructed. Simulation results lead to the conclusion that the estimation methods are effective in adjusting voltages of reference field, and one of the criteria can even improve the image quality." @default.
