N-pyrrolylgermylene stabilized ruthenium(II) complex 2 reacts with H2O and SnCl2 to afford hydroxygermylene stabilized ruthenium(II) complex [L1Ge(OH){RuCl2(Y)}] (3) and a bimetallic complex [L1Ge(NC4H4){Ru(SnCl3)Cl(Y)}] (4), respectively. The chlorogermylene analogue [L1GeCl{Ru(SnCl3)Cl(Y)}] (5) of complex 4 is also isolated by reacting complex 4 with chlorotrimethylsilane." @default.
