- W2912686553 abstract "Objective:To explore the intermediary effect of organizational commitment in nurses’ job satisfaction and retention intention,and to provide a reference for improving nurses’ retention.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional survey.A total of 943 nurses were investigated by Organizational Commitment Scale,Job Satisfaction Scale and Retention Wish Scale.Results:There was a positive correlation between nurses’ retention intntion and organizational commitment(r=0.445,P<0.01)and job satisfaction(r=0.365,P<0.01),between organizational commitment and job satisfaction(r=0.570,P<0.01).The organizational commitment played a partial mediation role between nurses’ job satisfaction and retention.Conclusions:Organizational commitment played an intermediary effect in nurses’ job satisfaction and retention intention." @default.
