The result of this research can be concluded thatTransformational Leadership variable has a significant effect on Job Satisfactionvariable, Compensation variable has significant effect to Job Satisfactionvariable, Transformational Leadership variable and Compensation havesignificant influence simultaneously to Job Satisfaction variable." @default.
