• W2913423250 abstract "INDONESIA:Berawal dari adanya kepercayaan yang mengatakan bahwa menopause merupakan tahun-tahun kritis bagi wanita. Hal ini tentu saja menimbulkan tanda tanya dan ketakutan tersendiri pada diri wanita. Seorang wanita dikatakan mengalami menopause bila siklus menstruasinya telah berhenti selama ± 12 bulan. Berhentinya haid tersebut akan membawa dampak pada konsekuensi kesehatan baik fisik maupun psikis. Periode menopause bisa dijalani dengan senang hati tanpa kecemasan jika ada dukungan dari orang terdekat. Dalam kehidupan berumah tangga suami merupakan orang terdekat bagi istri. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat dukungan sosial suami terhadap istri yang sedang menopause, tingkat kecemasan terhadap menopause serta apa ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial suami dengan kecemasan terhadap menopause di dusun Gasek Karang Besuki Sukun Malang.Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah korelasional yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan 2 variabel.. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah dukungan sosial suami sedang variabel terikatnya adalah kecemasan terhadap menopause. Adapun jumlah populasinya 25 orang, karena kurang dari 100 orang maka teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah sampel populasi artinya jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Metode pengumpulan datanya yaitu observasi, interview, dan angket. Untuk angket ada 2 macam yaitu angket dukungan sosial suami yang terdiri dari 48 item, setelah diuji kevalidannya, ada 3 item yang gugur dan angket dukungan sosial suami reliabel dikarenakan nilai reliabilitasnya 0,962. sedang untuk angket kecemasan terhadap menopause terdiri 40 item setelah diuji kevalidannya, ada 13 item yang gugur dan angket kecemasan terhadap menopause jugadikatakan reliabel dikarenakan nilai reliabilitasnya 0,841. Untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan diantara kedua variabel peneliti menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment Karl Person.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Tingkat Dukungan Sosial Suami yang paling tinggi berada pada kategori sedang dengan jumlah subjek 16 orang dan prosentasenya 64%, kemudian kategori tinggi berjumlah 4 orang dengan prosentasenya 16%, sedangkan kategori rendah berjumlah 5 orang dengan prosentase 20%. 2) Tingkat Kecemasan Terhadap Menopause yang paling tinggi juga berada pada kategori sedang dengan jumlah subjek 18 orang dan prosentasenya 72%, kemudian kategori tinggi yang berjumlah 4 orang dengan prosentase 16%, sedangkan kategori rendah berjumlah 3 orang dengan prosentase 12%. 3) Dari data yang sudah diolah diperoleh: probabilitasnya 0,093 sedang rhitung -0,343, maka dapat disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial suami dengan kecemasan terhadap menopause karena rhitung < rtabel , yaitu -0,0343<0,396.ENGLISH:Beginning from the belief that the menopause is the crisis years for women. Definitely, this caused question and special anxiety to women. A woman was said to have a menopause if the cycle of her menstruation had stopped for ± 12 months.The stopping of the menstruation influence both the health of the physical and mental. The period of menopause could be passed through happily without anxiety if there was supports from the closest individual. In a married life, husband is the closest individual for his wife. The purpose in this research is to know the level of social supporting husband toward his wife that has the menopause, the level of the anxiety toward the menopause as well as the correlation between the social supporting husband and the anxiety toward the menopause in Gasek village, Karang Besuki subdistrict, Malang.The method in this research is by using quantitative method and the type of its reserch is correlational in nature, namely the research that explained the context of two variables. The free variable in this research is the social supporting husband while the bound variable is the anxiety toward menopause . And the amount of population is 25 people because less than 100 people so the technique of takinng its sample is the sample of population. It means that the amount of the sample was equal with the amount of population, technique of data collection is by observation, interview, and questionnaire. For the questionnaire, there are 2 kinds of questionnaire. The first one is questionnaire of the social supporting husband that consisted of 48 items, after being examined its validity, 3 items were eliminated and the second one is the questionnaire of the social supporting husband that was reliable because of its reliability 0.962. While for the questioannaire of the anxiety toward the menopause consisted of 40 items, after being examined its validity, 13 items were eliminated and the questionnaire of the anxiety toward the menopause was considered reliable caused by the value of its realibility 0.841. To see whether there is correlation between both of the variable; the researcher used the correlation of Product Moment Karl Person method.The result of this research is : 1) The highest level of the social supporting husband is in medium category with the sum of subject 16 people with the precentage of 64%, then the high category numbered 4 people with the percentage of 16%, while the low category numbered 5 people with the percentage of 24%. 2) The highest level of the anxiety toward menopause is also in the medium category with the sum of subject 18 people and its precentage was 72%, then the high category numbered 4 people with the percentage of 16%, while the low category numbered 3 people with the percentage of 12%.3) From the data that has been processed, obtained: its probability is 0.093 and rhitung -0,343, so it can be summarized that there is no any significant correlation between the social supporting husband with the anxiety toward menopause because rhitung < rtabel , yaitu -0,0343<0,396." @default.
