- W2913615919 abstract "Abstract A series of Dy3+/Eu3+ ions doped Ca2(Mg0.75Al0.25)(Si1.75Al0.25)O7 (denote as CMAS) phosphors were synthesized by conventional high temperature solid-state reaction method. The crystal phase was characterized by X-ray diffraction and crystal structure refinement employed the Rietveled method. The luminescence properties of CMAS host, CMAS:Dy3+/Eu3+ and CMAS:Dy3+,Eu3+ phosphors were researched. The energy transfer phenomenon from CMAS host to Dy3+/Eu3+ ions in CMAS phosphors and from Dy3+ to Eu3+ ions in co-doped CMAS phosphors was studied and confirmed. The energy transfer efficiency was calculated and the energy transfer mechanism was identified. The color tunability and thermal stability were researched. All the studies of CMAS:Dy3+,Eu3+ phosphors showed a great potential application for solid state lighting and display application." @default.
