The detection mechanism of H2S is various, and the reduction of nitro has developed rapidly in recent years. However, the reported nitro-based H2S probes still have drawback such as slow response. In this work, we introduced isoxazole to strengthen the oxidizability of nitro group, resulted in the response time significantly reduced within 55 s. In addition, this probe could be used to detect and imaging exogenous/endogenous H2S in HepG-2 cells." @default.
