- W2916991722 abstract "(1) n-パラフィン資化性細菌の1種 (Alcaligenes sp.) の乾燥菌体および, 同菌を脱核酸処理したものの乾燥菌体から食糧としての利用を目的としてタンパク質の抽出分離精製を試み, その栄養価を測定した。(2) 2%NaOHによる抽出液から等電点沈澱により得たタンパク質標品の必須アミノ酸組成はメチオニンを除いては菌体のそれに近似していた。いずれの場合も第1制限アミノ酸は含硫アミノ酸であった。この分離タンパク質標品のペプシンによる人工消化率は乾燥菌体より著しく増大し, 牛乳カゼインのそれの約95%に達した。(3) 2%NaOH抽出液を流水に対して透析して, 脱臭および細胞壁成分の除去を行なった後, カルシウム塩の添加とそれにつづく透析, アルコール沈澱と等電点沈澱を組合わせて, タンパク質の分別を試み, 高純度 (87～100%) のタンパク質区分を比較的好収量で得た。" @default.
