In this view, universities have to build bridges in a society of cultural diversity and have to strengthen the full exercise of citizens’ rights and justice. This can be realized through acting on local levels as a central way of implementing the educational task together with the people. Only with the support (knowledge and emotions) of those affected (by poverty, exclusion and violation of human rights) can new forms of inclusion be found.
