- W2921728163 abstract "In the article methods of calculation of magnetic losses and a substantiation of control laws of electromechanic modules different from sinusoidal are considered, that allows to improve specific weight and size parameters of the system. For this analysis, the shape of the phase currents in synchronous reluctance electric drives and its harmonic components; selection of the design thermal model of the electromechanic module; calculation of magnetic losses and their comparison with experimental data; development of practical recommendations for the synthesis of electromechanic modules with improved mass-size indicators for metallurgical objects. It is established that in most cases with a rectangular phase current it is sufficient to use a simplified model with the use of harmonic components and the superposition method. At the same time, the rejection of sinusoidal excitation allows us to expand the overload capability of the electric drive and improve the weight and dimensions by (20-25)%, but with an increase in losses in the magnetic system by about 10%." @default.
