Bu bağlamda, araştırmada, TİM (Türkiye İhracat Meclisi)’ nin ‘‘2016 Yılı Türkiye’nin İlk 500 Hizmet İhracatçısı Araştırması’’nda sıralanan Yük Taşımacılığı ve Lojistik sektöründeki toplam 25 işletmenin mavi yakalı çalışanlarına anket uygulanmıştır. 180 adet anketten elde edilen veriler, yapısal eşitlik modellemesi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular, öğrenme kültürünün bilgi yönetimi, insan sermayesi ve örgütsel etkililik ile anlamlı bir pozitif ilişkisi olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca bilgi yönetiminin insan sermayesi ve örgütsel etkililik üzerindeki etkisinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı saptanmıştır.." @default.
