- W2926590405 abstract "In the current research pure TiO2 and Zn-Ni co-doped TiO2 were synthesized via hydrothermal process. Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and titanium tetrachloride (TiCl4) were employed as precursor owing to synthesis purpose. Diverse characterization techniques were applied supporting the determination of structural, optical and photovoltaic properties of synthesized quantum dots. Anatase crystalline form of synthesized quantum dots was determined via X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectroscopic technique. Morphology and chemical constitution were ascertained via scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDAX). Photovoltaic properties of synthesized pure and Zn-Ni co-doped TiO2 established that by the addition of impurities, the power conversion efficiency of fabricated device enhanced effectively." @default.
