- W2932928135 abstract "In the paper, Sesame oils were obtained with supercritical CO_(2)，microwave and ultrasonic for their optimum extraction conditions. The uniform design experiment was used to optimize the SFE CO_(2) conditions, and the optimal conditions were determined: the pressure 32MPa, the temperature 60℃, the CO_(2) flowing rate 31kg/h and the time 80 min. The optimum conditions of the microwave extraction were obtained by orthogonal experiment: acetone as solvent，the rate of mass of material to solvent 1:7, the radiating time 7min, the microwave power 810w. The optimum conditions of the ultrasonic extraction were obtained by orthogonal experiment: the rate of mass of material to solvent 1:7, petroleum ether as solvent, the soaking time 30h, The oils were obtained by supercritical CO_(2), microwave and ultrasonic, extraction rate 46.39%, 23.01% and 23.99% respectively. The results showed that the extraction rate of supercritical CO_(2) was highest, quality best and stable in the three methods." @default.
