V naĹĄĂ dospÄlĂŠ populaci se navĂc neustĂĄle zvyĹĄuje poÄet pacientĹŻ, kteĹĂ byli v ÄasnĂŠ fĂĄzi ontogenetickĂŠho vĂ˝voje ĂşspÄĹĄnÄ operovĂĄni pro cyanotickou vrozenou vadu srdeÄnĂ. Tito jedinci se blĂĹžĂ vÄku, ve kterĂŠm se zvyĹĄuje riziko zĂĄvaĹžnĂ˝ch kardiovaskulĂĄrnĂch onemocnÄnĂ, pĹedevĹĄĂm ischemickĂŠ choroby srdeÄnĂ. ExperimentĂĄlnĂ vĂ˝sledky dokazujĂ, Ĺže nezralĂŠ srdce je k akutnĂmu nedostatku kyslĂku odolnÄjĹĄĂ neĹž srdce dospÄlĂŠ. PĹĂÄiny tohoto rozdĂlu nejsou dosud objasnÄny, avĹĄak je velmi pravdÄpodobnĂŠ, Ĺže se na nich podĂlejĂ vĂ˝vojovĂŠ zmÄny energetickĂŠho metabolismu, vÄetnÄ mitochondriĂĄlnĂch funkcĂ. Vysokou odolnost novorozenĂŠho srdce nelze dĂĄle zvĂ˝ĹĄit ischemickĂ˝m preconditioningem ani adaptacĂ na chronickou hypoxii; endogennĂ protektivnĂ mechanismy se objevujĂ aĹž s poklesem odolnosti v prĹŻbÄhu vĂ˝voje. Odolnost dospÄlĂŠho srdeÄnĂho svalu k akutnĂmu nedostatku kyslĂku mĹŻĹže vĂ˝znamnÄ ovlivnit perinatĂĄlnĂ hypoxie. UvedenĂŠ vĂ˝sledky dokazujĂ, Ĺže vĂ˝vojovĂ˝ pĹĂstup nabĂzĂ novĂŠ moĹžnosti studia patogeneze, prevence a terapie zĂĄvaĹžnĂ˝ch kardiovaskulĂĄrnĂch onemocnÄnĂ." @default.
