The first group</em><em>, (</em><em> </em><em>P) </em><em>wa</em><em>s given treatment </em><em>to make orthodontic tooth movement </em><em>and </em><em>propolis extract</em><em> ge</em><em>l.</em><em> </em><em>The second group</em><em>,</em><em> K(+) </em><em>wa</em><em>s given treatment and NaCMC gel. The third group</em><em>,</em><em> </em><em>K(-) </em><em>wa</em><em>s served as control. </em><em>After 14 days, the Cavia cobayas were sacrified.
