- W2942370015 abstract "This study was to investigate the effect of protein sources on microbial protein synthesis and fermentation parameters using in vitro gas production technique. After preparing food items and prepared experimental diet diet formulation using software (NRC2000) chemical composition of the diets of dry matter, crude protein, crude fat and crude ash were measured. Gas production quantities hours 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 72, 96 hours after incubation were recorded and the average parameters of fermentation with gas production (mL per 200 mg of dry matter), organic matter digestibility (%) of metabolizable energy (MJ kg), energy lactation (MJ kg DM) and short-chain fatty acids (mmol 200 mg of dry matter) calculation of secondary and minor creature subsequent periods incubation of microbial protein synthesis and the synthesis of methane PF index (half-life 24 gas) was measured. The results showed that the source of protein replacing protein nitrogen Mnnb non-protein nitrogen source is no significant difference in the amount of methane synthesis of non-protein nitrogen source at low levels have been reduced.
