The researcher reached a number of conclusions, most notably, Quality culture is one of the basic concepts that must be published, developed and adopted in any organization in order to elevate and raise the level of performance and achieve excellence and creativity, in view of the importance of quality culture in the work of organizations, and to develop the thinking of employees and improve their performance through the adoption of programs and training curricula on a continuous basis Before the organization investigated." @default.
