- W2946396881 abstract "Carrying out a training and people development program in an organization goes far beyond just theestablished strategies. The employees personal yearnings become of paramount importance for theeffectiveness of a proposed program. The training needs survey is a tool used by many companies toidentify training opportunities for a particular employee or team. This tool also determines the proposedtheme, in addition to the methods to be used for the execution of the training over a period. Theidentification of a methodology appropriate to the profile of each organization, as well as the jointdefinition of themes to be trained, improves the organizational climate, as well as transporting thecollaborator into the strategic planning of an organization aimed at innovation. This article, therefore, intends to identify the relations existing between the survey of training needs and the employeessatisfaction with the themes and methods established by the companies. For that, a qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and documentary research was carried out with employees in a softwaredevelopment company in the Florianopolis region, Santa Catarina. In general terms, through aninterview, it was found that more adequate methodology is needed for the existing profile in theorganization studied." @default.
