Covered principles of medical assistance craniofacial wounded at different levels of delivery.A new system of medical-evakuacionnyh activities in providing medical care to soldiers with wounds in the maxillo-facial region, obtained during the fighting in the East of Ukraine.Found that dental care in combat zone turns on a high dental morbidity among military personnel. Salaried dentists medical mouth dental care teams have only sporadically and in volume of emergency assistance. Basic load with providing dental care in the anti-terrorist operation is entrusted to the dentists military mobile hospitals.Entered in the fighting in the East of Ukraine mobile dental office allowed to significantly improve the level of dental care.In helping members of the armed forces of Ukraine and other power structures involved in the fighting in the East of Ukraine participating dentists and civil institutions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.During the next wave of partial mobilization dental service of the armed forces of Ukraine was faced with the problem of very high dental disease among mobilized contingent. According to our data, from 78% to 95% of soldiers who joined the army in the year 2015, in need of dental treatment and dental prosthesis.Most of the soldiers returning from the area of conducting hostilities in the East of Ukraine, in need of medical rehabilitation, including modern dental treatment and dental prosthetics.Thus, medical care to soldiers in the anti-terrorist operation is on a high dental disease. To provide dental care to troops directly on the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions rozvernuta network dental offices NN requires integration (e) nationwide activities to improve quality dental care in the complex medical rehabilitation of combatants." @default.
