• W2949063416 abstract "Numerous humanitarian, socio-economic and environmental problems caused by the worldwide refugees’ migration lead to aggravation of the political debate on these issues. A geo-economic transformation in the world, which consists of multipolar geo-economic space formation, causing the need to managing migration movements of refugees between countries and regions around the world. This is associated with the importance of consideration of refugees’ migration as a factor of human resources redistribution in the world and the need to develop the regional migration policies for eliminating the negative effects of such migration.The research aimed to studying the current trends, preconditions and problems of refugees’ migration as a special category of migrants from countries developing in conflict and in post-conflict conditions. Found that there are military conflicts in all the countries that are leaders by refugees’ origin. In addition, the indicators of refugees’ pressure on socio-demographic, territorial and economic systems of host countries have been described, as well as analysis of the main refugees’ destination countries indicators has been carried out. This analysis has been done in interconnection with the surveyed countries rank in the Fragile States Index 2017. Численні гуманітарні, соціально-економічні та екологічні проблеми, зумовлені міграцією біженців у світі, призводять до загострення політичної полеміки з даних питань. А геоекономічні трансформації у світі, що полягають у формуванні багатополюсного геоекономічного простору, зумовлюють потребу управління міграційними переміщеннями біженців між країнами та регіонами світу. Це пов’язано з важливістю врахування міграції біженців, як фактору перерозподілу людських ресурсів у світі, та необхідністю вироблення регіональної міграційної політики, спрямованої на усунення негативних явищ такої міграції.Робота присвячена дослідженню існуючих тенденцій, передумов та проблем міграції біженців, як особливої категорії мігрантів з країн, що розвиваються в умовах конфлікту та у постконфліктному стані. Встановлено, що в усіх країнах, що є лідерами за показниками походження біженців та шукачів притулку, існують військові конфлікти. Крім того, описано показники навантаження біженців на соціо-демографічні, територіальні та економічні системи приймаючих країн, а також проаналізовано відповідні показники за основними країнами призначення біженців. Даний аналіз проведено у взаємозв’язку з місцем досліджуваних країн у Рейтингу уразливості країн світу." @default.
