Various calcination temperatures are also compared to obtain the material with better properties. By optimizing the precipitant and calcination temperature, the material prepared by oxalic acid at 900 °C has good layered structure, small particle size (200–300 nm), and uniform distribution of particles. A high first discharge specific capacity of 298.4 mAh g−1 and a high first Coulombic efficiency of 77.2% at 0.1 C are obtained. After 50 cycles, the reversible discharge specific capacity is 272.2 mAh g−1 with a capacity retention of 91.2%." @default.
