Elle a consiste en une analyse suivie d’une synthese des differents rapports notamment les rapports des differentes activites de la Plateforme « One Health » (logee a la Primature) et des textes administratifs portant organisation et fonctionnement des structures ayant adopte l’approche multisectorielle « One Health » au Senegal, durant la periode 2015-2017. De cette analyse, il ressort que le Senegal fait office de modele parmi les pays prenant part a ce prestigieux PSSM base sur le « One Health ». Le Senegal a tres tot mis en place les organes directeurs du Programme, realise la quasi-totalite des activites prevues par la feuille de route du Programme, et surtout a eu l’ingenieuse idee de loger le programme au plus haut niveau de decision et de coordination de l’action gouvernementale, a la Primature, pour une meilleure coordination multisectorielle. Toutefois, le programme presente quelques insuffisances notamment l’absence de vulgarisation des differents resultats obtenus notamment la non signature d’un memorandum d’accord ou de toute autre entente entre les acteurs de la sante publique et les autorites chargees de la securite au niveau national et l’absence de partage des informations sur la surveillance des maladies, notamment les fonctions de surveillance des maladies a potentiel epidemique et de riposte.Mots cles : Mise en oeuvre, One Health, Programme, Senegal  Implementation of the one health approach: example of the global health security agenda in SenegalThe study on the implementation of the program of Global Health Security Agenda has for main objective to synthesize and to analyze all the activities realized within the framework of the Global Health Security Agenda. This study thus must allow in a more specific way, to identify the activities realized  in the implementation of this program, in particular the activities of approach, technical preparation; but also identify inadequacies in its implementation in Senegal and to make proposals to improve the efficiency and the efficiency of the Program in Senegal. It consisted of an analysis followed by a synthesis of the various reports in particular the reports of the various activities of the Platform One Health (accommodated in Prime Minister’s office) and  administrative texts carrying organization and functioning of the structures having adopted the multisectorial approach One Health in Senegal, during period 2015-2017. Of this analysis, it appears that Senegal acted of model among countries taking part in it prestigious programs based on the One Health. Senegal very early set up the governing bodies of the Program, realized almost all the activities planned by the road map of the Program, and  especially had the ingenious idea to accommodate the program in the highest level of decision and coordination of the government action, in the Prime Minister’s office, for a better  multisectorial coordination. However, the program presents some inadequacies in particular the absence of popularization of the various results obtained in particular not signature of a memorandum all right or any other agreement between the actors of public health and the authorities in charge of the security at the national level and the absence of information sharing on the surveillance of the diseases, in particular the functions of surveillance of the diseases with epidemic potential and the retort.Keywords: implementation, One Health, Program, Senegal" @default.
