Mediante una revision se determino que este instrumento ha sido utilizado en diversos paises y contextos organizacionales; sin embargo, existe un numero acotado de estudios realizados en America Latina, no existiendo evidencia de su aplicacion y/o validacion en Chile, asi como tampoco en organizaciones educativas. A traves de un analisis de fiabilidad y un analisis factorial confirmatorio se logro establecer que el instrumento tiene una consistencia interna aceptable, la que mejora considerablemente al eliminar algunos de los items de redaccion negativa, ademas de tener una estructura dimensional concordante con la teoria que le da origen, evidenciado caracteristicas psicometricas adecuadas para su aplicacion en centros educacionales en Chile. EnglishThe purpose of this study is to analyze the psychometric characteristics of the Denison Organizational Culture Survey, translated and validated into Spanish in 2010, through its application in educational centers in Chile, based on a sample of 323 teachers from 16 institutions. Through a review, it was determined that this instrument has been used in various countries and organizational contexts; however, there is a limited number of studies conducted in Latin America, there being no evidence of its application and/or validation neither in Chile nor in educational centers. Through a reliability analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis, it was established that the instrument has an acceptable internal consistency, which improves considerably by eliminating some of the negative writing items, in addition to having a dimensional structure consistent with the theory that gives rise to it, demonstrating adequate psychometric characteristics suitable for its application in educational centers in Chile portuguesO objetivo deste estudo e analisar as caracteristicas psicometricas da Pesquisa de Cultura Organizacional Denison, traduzida e validada para o espanhol em 2010, por meio de sua aplicacao em centros educacionais no Chile, a partir de uma amostra de 323 professores de 16 instituicoes. Por meio de uma revisao, determinou-se que este instrumento tem sido utilizado em varios paises e contextos organizacionais; no entanto, ha um numero limitado de estudos realizados na America Latina, nao havendo evidencias de sua aplicacao e/ou validacao no Chile, nem em organizacoes educacionais. Por meio de uma analise de confiabilidade e um fator de analise de confirmacao, estabeleceu-se que o instrumento tem uma consistencia interna aceitavel, o que melhora consideravelmente eliminando alguns dos itens da formulacao negativa, alem de ter uma estrutura tridimensional concordante com a teoria que lhe da origem, evidenciaram caracteristicas psicometricas adequadas para sua aplicacao em centros educacionais no Chile." @default.
