- W2953582365 abstract "In the present study, the hot flow curves of AISI 321 austenitic stainless steel were obtained by performing compression tests in the temperature range of 1050–1200°C and strain rates in the range of 0.01–1 s−1. All the flow curves showed single peak behavior which indicates the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization. The combination of the Cingara and Ebrahimi methods was used for mathematical modeling of the obtained flow curves. The Cingara phenomenological method was used to predict the flow stress value at the strains lower than the peak strain and Ebrahimi method was employed for higher strains. Results of the study showed that this simple combined phenomenological method can be used for precise prediction of the flow stress of AISI 321 steel during the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization." @default.
