- W2954523277 abstract "集中治療室の重症患者では，様々な原因により頻脈をきたすことが多い。交感神経の緊張に伴う頻脈は，生体に悪影響を及ぼすため，交感神経の過緊張をコントロールすることは重要である。心拍数のコントロール目的で使用されるβ遮断薬は，これまで心臓にリスクを抱えた非心臓手術患者や心臓外科手術患者，心筋梗塞や急性心不全を発症した患者に対して頻繁に投与され，その有効性が指摘されてきた。しかし，急性期重症患者の管理が進歩している中で，その有効性の是非について再度振り返る時期にきていると思われる。また，感染に伴う免疫異常と臓器障害が生じる敗血症においても，心機能障害が早期から進行していることが指摘され，敗血症に対するβ遮断薬投与の有効性が近年報告されている。本総説では，集中治療室においてβ遮断薬投与の対象となる病態を挙げ，それに対するβ遮断薬投与の効果や有効性について，最新の研究報告をもとに概説する。" @default.
