• W2955331092 abstract "Based on the analysis of the current situation with food security in Russia, it is concluded that effective indicators showing the food self-sufficiency of regions should be developed. The purpose of the work was to develop a methodology for assessing the level of food self-sufficiency and to test it on materials of the Smolensk region. The subject of the study is the agro-industrial complex of the Smolensk region. The statistical materials concerning the agro-industrial complex operation in the Smolensk region in 2016 were used along with analytical methods including the mathematical and comparative analysis. As a result, the author proposes his own methodology for rating the food self-sufficiency in the Smolensk region that can be used in the regional management of the agro-industrial complex at the federal and local levels. The scientific novelty of the research is the author’s approach to assessing the basic food self-sufficiency level in the region along with the definition of a rating value. The final rating value of the region’s self-sufficiency in basic food products is 0.612, which indicates a satisfactory level. На основе анализа современной ситуации по обеспечению продовольственной безопасности России сделан вывод, что в настоящее время необходимо разработать действенные индикаторы, показывающие уровень самообеспеченности регионов основными продуктами питания. Целями работы являются разработка методики оценки уровня самообеспеченности продовольствием, а также ее апробация на материалах Смоленской области. Предмет исследования - региональный агропромышленный комплекс Смоленской области. В исследовании используются статистические материалы результатов работы АПК Смоленской области за 2016 г., применяются аналитические методы, в том числе математического и сравнительного анализа. В результате предлагается авторская методика рейтинговой оценки уровня продовольственной самообеспеченности районов Смоленской области, которая может быть использована в системе регионального управления агропромышленным комплексом на федеральном и местном уровнях. Научная новизна данного исследования заключается в авторском подходе к оценке уровня самообеспечения основными продуктами питания в регионе с определением рейтингового значения. Итоговое рейтинговое значение самообеспеченности региона основными продуктами питания - 0,612, что свидетельствует об его удовлетворительном уровне." @default.
