The main objective of the study is to determine the cost of developing the educational environment to alleviate the burden of the state through E-learning. This study is important in the new direction because it is one of the scientific studies that can contribute to raising the efficiency of education in Egypt under the current economic conditions experienced by Egypt, as e-learning will be the most common educational patterns in the future and the need to shift from traditional education to e-learning In line with modern trends advocating its wider use. The researchers used the descriptive and analytical method of data. The study population represents the governorates of the republic for public schools in the preparatory and secondary levels. Data were collected through the General Administration of Information Systems and Decision Support in the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics, the Ministry of Finance and Scientific Studies, Research, reports, conferences, seminars and websites related to the subject of the study. One of the most important results of the study is that the development of the educational environment through E-learning will lead to reduction of public expenditures. This is the result of large investments in the electronic system over the long term. It is imperative for the advancement of education in its pre-university stages. -       Attention to the continuous development of curricula, especially which electronic systems and programs need to develop in the security aspects and protection of these programs. -       Attention to the human aspect and represented in the teachers and continuous training, especially that the modernization of programs requires continuing to train teachers as a necessary element in the educational process." @default.
