An understanding on the concept of retirement condence has been found to be low in many working adults. This study aims to examine the inuence of nancial behaviour on retirement condence and inuence of various socio-demographic variables on the retirement condence of employees working in the IT sector. Multiple regression analysis was applied to determine the predictors of retirement condence. One way ANOVA and independent ttest are used to study the impact of various socio-demographic variables on retirement condence. This study concludes that nancial behaviour is the major forecaster of the retirement condence among the IT employees. The ndings of the study have a practical suggestion for nancial advisors in helping employees to be more aware of their retirement life nancial needs and to prevent them from debt trap in later years." @default.
