В статье рассматривается организация комплексных мероприятий, ориентированных на управление национальными золотовалютными резервами через конструирование систем мониторинга и регулирования динамики валютнофинансовых операций, а также выработку системных мер защиты от спекулятивных атак и санкционных или иных дискриминирующих действий зарубежных структур на основе анализа динамики условных биметаллических матриц колебания спрэдов золота и серебра, находящихся в контуре систем мониторинга, анализа и координации действий структурных подразделений российских федеральных ведомств, коммерческих банков и др. Все рассматриваемые колебания спрэдов золота и серебра как основы подготовки и проведения последующих эффективных оперативных стабилизационных мероприятий подразделениями соответствующих российских структур включаются в пространство сетевого ситуационного анализа для выявления в отношении наблюдаемых процессов явных и латентных характеристик типичного или же атипичного функционирования российских валютно-финансовых рынков для выяснения соответствия ситуации критериям экономической безопасности." @default.
