- W2959444439 abstract "A new simple and sensitive voltammetric method have been developed for the determination of vilazodone HCl (VILA) in the bulk, pharmaceutical dosage forms and human urine using bare carbon paste electrode (BCPE) and a novel cellulose/nano titanium oxide/nano palladium chloride modified carbon paste electrode (C/T/Pd/MCPE). The electrochemical behavior of VILA showed irreversible diffusion-adsorption controlled oxidation processes in Britton-Robinson (BR) buffer at pH 7. The used techniques are cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), chronoamperometry (CA) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Surface characteristics were achieved using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Under optimum conditions, two linear ranges were obtained 2.5 × 10−8 to 2 × 10−6 mol L−1 and 5 × 10−6 to 2 × 10−4 mol L−1 with limits of detection and quantification of 8.79 × 10−10 and 2.93 × 10−9 mol L−1 respectively." @default.
