- W2963558963 abstract "AbstractIn this work, we present a short review about the high level designmethodology (HLDM), that is based on the use of very high level(VHL) programing language as main, and the use of the intermediatelevel (IL) language only for the critical processing time. Thelanguages used are Python (VHL) and FORTRAN (IL). Moreover, this methodology, making use of the oriented object programing(OOP), permits to produce a readable, portable and reusable code. Also is presented the concept of computational framework, thatnaturally appears from the OOP paradigm. As an example, wepresent the framework called PYGRAWC (Python framework forGravitational Waves from Cosmological origin). Even more, we showthat the use of HLDM with Python and FORTRAN produces apowerful tool for solving astrophysical problems. Keywords: Computational Physics, Cosmology, ProgrammingMethodology, HLDM. 1. INTRODUCTIONPython [1, 2] is a very-high level dynamic language programming. ThePython interpreter is available for di erent operational systems (OS). Thismeans that is possible to write a code which can run in di erent OS withoutrequiring any modi cation. However, in order to have the best performance, the critical computational part of the code should be written in a compiledlanguage like c/c++ or FORTRAN. This way of writing codes is called of" @default.
