- W2964271618 abstract "본 논문은 莊子속에 제시된 리더십을 살펴보고 현재와 미래가 필요로 하는 이 시대의 바람직한 리더십의 전형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 장자의 사상을 규정하는 가장 중요한 개념은 ‘遊’와 ‘萬物齊同’과, ‘因循’이다. ‘遊’는 사물의 자연스러움을 따르고 마음을 자유롭게 노닐게 해서 모든 일을 순리에 따라 해야 한다는 자유주의적 사고를 의미한다. ‘萬物齊同’은 일체의 사물이 모두 동등한 가치를 지녔기 때문에, 현실에서 이를 구별하고 차별하는 것은 주관적이며 편견이므로 벗어나야 한다는 평등주의적 사고를 의미한다. ‘因循’은 道와 일체가 되어 현실의 대립이나 차별을 있는 그대로 긍정하고 받아들인다는 것이다. 사물에 대한 일체의 구분을 버리고 자연의 세계에 비추고 자연에 맡기는 자연주의적 사고를 의미한다. 莊子에 나타난 이러한 사상을 통해 리더십의 3가지 구성 요소 -고매한 정신의 향유, 평등주의적 사고, 자연주의적 사고-를 추론할 수 있었다. 이런 내용을 바탕으로 현재와 미래가 필요로 하는 이 시대의 바람직한 리더십의 전형으로 겸손함과 포용력을 제시하였다. 겸손함과 포용력의 리더십이야말로 오늘날 우리 사회가 안고 있는 많은 문제들을 해결하는 데 적절하고도 유용할 뿐만 아니라 통합의 사회로 나아가는 데 절대적으로 필요하다.This paper examines leadership presented in Chang Tzu and aims at presenting the typical form of desirable leadership in the present and future. Chang Tzu is a person who represents the logic of Doga. Chang Tzu is a story in a certain period, a specific area in the past, but still has a lot of influence. However, there is no research related to the first person about leadership. The most important concepts that define the ideas of Chang Tzu are ‘wandering(遊),’ ‘assimilation of all thing(萬物齊同)’ and ‘temporization(因循)’. ‘wandering(遊)’ means a liberal thought that follows the naturalness of things and frees the mind to do everything in its own right. ‘assimilation of all thing(萬物齊同)’ means the idea of egalitarianism that all things are of equal value and therefore must be free from the prejudice of discrimination and discrimination in reality. ‘temporization(因循)’ refers to naturalistic thinking in which one is united with ‘道’ and left to nature without making any distinction. Through these ideas, we were able to deduce the three components of leadership - the enjoyment of high spirit, egalitarian thinking, and naturalistic thinking. Based on these contents, we presented modesty and receptiveness as a typical example of desirable leadership of the present and future. The leadership of modesty and receptiveness is appropriate and useful in solving many of our society’s problems today. In addition, it is absolutely necessary to go into the society of integration." @default.
