To achieve this goal, the authors of the research adopted an analytical and descriptive approach based on a survey that they have designed and distributed to focus group of 186 employees, from which 173 respondents returned replies which were analyzed. The research concluded that there is an impact of the psychological empowerment with its various dimensions in achieving job satisfaction at the Police College of Qatar. Therefore the study recommends the adoption of methods and procedures that would enhance the employees’ involvement in the administrative and operational affairs relating to their duties and their activities, and working on generating and enhancing the feelings and ideas which would make them feel the importance of the job they are performing." @default.
