- W2966384805 abstract "The process of chemical deposition of cadmium sulfide films from ammonia-thiocarbamide solutions is investigated. It is shown that the deposition is accompanied by a change in solution turbidity, while its dependence on the process duration makes it possible to identify areas of initial appearance of crystallization centers and continuous film formation. The study of the films obtained in sulfide-polysulfide electrolyte made it possible to establish that nanostructured CdS coatings have semiconducting properties. It is established that the photoelectric properties of samples increase significantly by both zinc and nickel sulfides addition to the coating composition and coatings annealing that allow improving the film morphology." @default.
