The teamwork is dealt with in two directions: in the management team, including the director, the administrative senior lecturer and the head of the Section, and in the management of the Section, the head and the persons in charge - teaching and scientific work, methodist.The main aspects of performance reporting are the following: continuous analysis of educational and scientific needs to achieve quality in work, development of the team's professionalism to implement the educational process, achievement of overall accountability, work control, stimulation of work with students, creation conditions for modern technical provision of work with students, promotion of quality products for the realization of an educational process.The constant analysis of the educational and scientific needs for quality in the overall activity of the Department and the Bulgarian Language Section is related to the updating of the programs, the creation of training aids meeting the criteria in the European Language Framework and the specifics and new trends in the training in Bulgarian as foreign.To achieve effective teamwork in both aspects, emphasis is also placed on overall accountability. The Management Team of the Section organizes the classification of the documentation and its alignment with the requirements of the Statute for Quality and the academic standards for the discipline.The administrative management supervises the work by checking the main ongoing activities: updating the standards regarding the quality of the new programs and creating new teaching materials with communicative and practical orientation, providing pedagogical and methodological preparation of the trainers for conducting the training according to the requirements in the national and European standards and resource accounting.The work of students is stimulated by introducing appropriate levers to motivate students to high quality learning - innovative methods and techniques of work, presentational testing with the highest percentage of participation in the final grade." @default.
