- W2969658564 abstract "This work shows the influence of different pore geometries of microsieves towards the Magnetic Cell Centrifuge Platform (MCCP), which demonstrates, for the first time, the comparison of the system performance with silicon-based sieves combining the magnetic-labeling cell separation mechanism with the size-based method. The experimental results show that slot pores allow higher flow rate under a certain inlet pressure, whereas they will significantly reduce the cell retention rate and the capture efficiency. In comparison, the round-pore sieve yields better cell retention rate and capture efficiency. This finding will pave the way for the design of a high efficient MCCP." @default.
