A mayor edad y mas tiempo de evolucion mayor deterioro cognitivo, desde el inicio de la enfermedad comienza el deterioro cognitivo, los pacientes con mayor discapacidad presentan menores valores en los estudios cognitivos EnglishFactors Related to the Cognitive Deterioration in Patients with Multiple Sclerosis in Cienfuegos Summary Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune, inflammatory and degenerative disease of the central nervous system. The patients with less than 5 years of evolution presented affectation with MoCA=21,25 ± 4.2, the neuropsychological scales were worse in the patients with greater disability. Conclusions.
