- W2977262144 abstract "Objective To establish a method for determining the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Prunella vulgaris.Methods Capillary electrophoresis with high frequency conductivity detector was used to analyze the sample.The separation was performed on a uncoated fused silica capillary of 55 cm×75 μm(46 cm effective length)using 1.2 mmol·L-1 triethylamine as washing buffer(containing 0.08 mmol·L-1 β-cyclodextrin,pH 10.60).The voltage was 12.5 kV and temperature was 25 ℃.The sample was injected by gravity(10 s,20 cm).Results The linear ranges of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 4.1～114.8 μg/mL(r=0.9995)and 4.3～120.4 μg/mL(r=0.9996),respectively.The average recoveries of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 96.7% and 98.2%,respectively.Conclusion This method is reliable,rapid and accurate,which could be used for the quantitative analysis of the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Prunella vulgaris." @default.
